Clarifies white, rose and fruit wines. A blend of isinglass and citric acid with a high positive charge. Stabilized with potassium metabisulfite. It can improve clarity and filterability even in very difficult wines (such as wines made with botrytised grapes). Cristalline Plus is not sensitive to cold temperatures and may be slow to complete settling. 8-10 Days.\n\nTo Use: Dissolve .07g in 15mL of room temperature water per gallon treated. That would be 150-200 times its weight in water. Allow to swell for 3 hours. Add additional water if solution is too viscous. Add homogenized solution to wine, taking care to mix well. Rack off sediment once lees are well settled, 8-10 days.
